About Our School
For your health and comfort Great Doddington PrimarySchool is a smoke free environment
It is against the law to smoke on school premises
Great Doddington School currently has some 128 pupils on roll. The children's ages range from four to eleven years.
In addition to our complement of teaching and support staff we employ a full-time Site Supervisor and a part-time School Administrator.
The school benefits from an outdoor, heated swimming pool, and by arrangement with the local council, enjoys the use of a large playing field adjacent to the school grounds.
The children are keen on sports, especially Football and Netball. We field competitive teams in both games, and run after school clubs for children of all abilities.
Pupils also derive great pleasure from our eleven unit computer suite. After school computer clubs exist for children in years three to six.
The computer suite is used for Basic Adult I.C.T. classes on one evening per week when demand is high enough.
Other extra-curricular activities/clubs include Lace Making, Choir, Art, Ocarina and Cricket. For a full list of clubs click the "Clubs" link below.
